Bluewaves Limited is a dynamic and well positioned dredging, road construction/concrete form work company in Nigeria.

Our Abuja factory covers a land space of about 2 hectares in the Idu industrial layout district of the Federal Capital Territory city.

OUR CONCRETE PRODUCTION PLANT FACTORY

Bluewaves ZENITH 940 machine will always help you make the right choice. Concrete cable ducts, manholes, prefabricated elements and even products for landscaping design can be manufactured with this machine, matching highest quality aspects and allowing very economical production. The concrete cube for the TTE® System interlock is produced by this machine.Segmental units such as pavers with face mix as well as insulating blocks can be made in multilayer production. The single product layers are protected and separated by a layer of dry sand or, alternatively, a plastic foil. The multilayer production offers a great advantage. The ready produced cube only needs to be cured and packaged. Many intermediate transports are saved.

Over the years we have been executing dredging works, road construction, producing pre-cast concretes pipes, culverts, blocks and interlocking stones. We are famous in the production of quality concrete support products for the construction industry in Nigeria. Our Zenith 940 Automated machine has the capacity to produce 20,000 hollow concrete and sandcrete blocks, interlocking stones with 10 multiple layers and multilayer kerbs and various type of interlocking stones.
